Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Follicular study is meant for following the largest follicle from day 12 of the period for 3 times on alternative days. ( one can be fertile average of 13 - 17mm follicle)
2.Your right ovary multiple small follicles seen peripherally arranged, there is no dominant follicle-seen.
3.In left there was a dominate follicle measuring 12th day 13x9mm, 13th day 14x10mm, 14th 14x11, 16th day 16x12mm.
4.There is no free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas. Generally seen when this follicle rupture.
5.Your report indicates normal on the left side ovary which will be enough to get pregnant.
6.Follicle measurement comes in the range of fertility - so follow ovulation calendar and act further. Good luck.
